eMagin MicrodisplayCurrently available products include SVGA+ (852 x 600 pixel) OLED microdisplays available in monochrome (white, yellow, or green) or full color and an SVGA 3D (800 x 600 pixel) full color OLED microdisplay. The SVGA 3D displays require no additional software to deliver 3D stereo viewing. Firmware in the chips recognizes and delivers full stereo viewing from the PC source.

Luminance Perception

*Video half life is based on extrapolated accelerated test data over 2500 actual hours and assuming a nominal 25% duty cycle movie-like video at approximately 70°F and at above stated peak pixel luminance. All values are typical of or extrapolated from display data taken during testing. 60cd/m2 is a typical display surface luminance used in many near-to-eye virtual imaging video applications.
